OTEplus, having a solid understanding of the new business environment, adopts an assertive policy by establishing its presence abroad. Crossing the borders of Greece, the company expands its activities in the European Union, Southeast Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. In 2000 and 2001 OTEplus founded two subsidiaries in Romania and Bulgaria respectively, aiming at the provision of full consultancy support to its Clients in these major Balkan markets. Moreover, the Company continues to develop its proprietary industry network through the acquisition of stakes in other companies in Greece, such as the 30% participation in the Greek company Invision. The Group comprises today four operating companies in Greece, Romania and Bulgaria, while it envisions to dynamically developing its presence in Serbia, Cyprus and Turkey as well. |
